Privacy policy

The mooddude.app website

This policy applies to this website, mooddude.app. Each game has its own policy, linked below. The site is a handful of static pages with no cookies, no analytics and no sign-up.

The short version

  • The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
  • It stores nothing in your browser, not even the dude’s mood.
  • Every font and image is served from this site, so your browser does not contact anyone else while you read it.
  • The web host keeps ordinary server logs for security.

Who is responsible

The site is published by eiilo games. For any question about this policy, write to hi@eiilo.com.

What the site does

The pages are plain files. Nothing you do on them is recorded: the little dude who runs across the pages reacts to your taps and keys inside your browser, and forgets everything when you leave. There are no forms, no comments, no newsletter and no accounts.

The site does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising, social media buttons or embedded content from other services. Its typefaces (Kenney Blocks, Kenney Future and Atkinson Hyperlegible) are served from this site rather than from a font service.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser’s user agent with every request, and GitHub may keep these in logs for security and to keep the service running. GitHub describes this in the GitHub General Privacy Statement. We do not receive or read these logs.

The Get it on Google Play buttons and a few credits link to other websites. Once you follow one, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

The games

Each game has its own policy, because each one handles data differently:

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you. This site holds none, and the hosting logs are kept by GitHub. You can still write to us and we will help.

Changes and past versions

If the site ever changes how it handles information, for example by adding analytics, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date at the top. Earlier versions stay online so you can see what changed.
